04/20/1970. The owner Rudolf Kirić opened "Craft Vulcanizer Workshop" in Frana Kurelca Street in Varaždin.

1975. - relocation to own office space

A new office and production space has been opened in Mishkin Street, the city's eastern industrial zone.

Completed new building with business, production, storage and sales area of 4,800m2.

OCTOBER 19, 2005 - Tire recycling facility opened

Tire recycling facility opened, as GRP d.o.o. in the Free Zone of Varazdin, the first of its kind in Croatia. The facility with associated infrastructure and equipment is an investment worth EUR 6.5 million.

October 29, 2021 - KJK Fund joined the ownership structure of Gumiimpex-GRP

Contract on the sale of shares has been realized, by which the majority stake of Gumiimpex-GRP d.o.o. has been acquired by investment fund KJK Fund III.
