Well-equipped product lines allow for the rapid adaptation and realization of a very wide range of products, as required by the user.
Large serial production is possible on high-capacity injection molding machines with a closing force of 250, 400 and 500 tons. Extremely large products are produced on a large conventional press with a closing force of up to 1600 tons. A large number of classic presses, measuring 400 × 400 mm up to a maximum dimension of 1500 × 1800 mm, allow the simultaneous production of multiple batches of rubber products of various shapes and applications. The molds are made in our own toolbox, equipped with metalworking machines.
Vulcanization in a large autoclave with a diameter of 3000 mm and a length of 6000 mm allows the vulcanization of products with large dimensions, and there is also a smaller autoclave with a diameter of 1500 mm and a length of 3000 mm.
