Since 2014, Gumiimpex GRP has a modern mixer for crude rubber compounds and its own production of various rubber materials such as NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, CR, etc.
The 110 liter capacity mixer is provided with automatic dosing of powder and liquid materials and is controlled by computer software. The mixer is accompanied by two 24- and 18-inch diameter twin wheels, with stock blender and water cooling for maximum usability.
After the cooling line, the mixtures are packed in bales up to 900 mm wide or on pallets as strips, wig wag, infinite strips or sheets of different dimensions.
There is also a development and control laboratory within the mixer, with a 3 liter laboratory mixer, a laboratory bilge, a press and modern and certified instruments for testing the mechanical and rheological properties of crude or vulcanised rubber.
