Vision

To be a regional leader in the rubber industry. Through the recycling and treatment of waste tires, as well as production useful secondary raw material - rubber granulate and final rubber granule products.

Mission

To plan, set up and supervise the organization of business and services in such a way as to ensure:

• Quality long-term partnership with customers and suppliers.
• Meeting the needs of customers for car tires from personal and economic programs and rubber-technical products of various applications in economy and agriculture.
• Consistent high quality rubber products and services by applying the best available tire and tire manufacturer practices.
• Implementation of partner standards - Goodyear - Dunlop and Michelin in tire retreading, both in production and sales, and in an expert advisory role for the functional use of reliable and high quality retreaded tires.
• Treatment of all quantities of waste tires collected in  Croatia, treatment of this type of waste and production of rubber granules as raw material for a new useful life through products of wide application, thus directly improving the environmental protection in the country.
• Systematic investment in new technologies and knowledge while respecting environmental principles.
• Systematic investment in creating quality and creative human resources.
• The satisfaction of all stakeholders: customers, suppliers, employees, owners and the local community.
